What we collect

The site has no forms and no cookies. If you email us or message us on Instagram or WhatsApp, we receive what you send: your name, contact details and project details. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookie-free and collect anonymous, aggregated usage and performance data.

Why

To reply to you and discuss or deliver a project. For EU visitors, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request, or steps before a contract you asked for.

Is it required?

No. Sending us information is voluntary. If you don't, we simply can't reply.

Who gets it

Our email and messaging providers (Google, and Meta for Instagram and WhatsApp) and our host (Vercel), which may process data outside Israel and the EU. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

How long

We keep messages for 7 business days, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data and to correct or delete it by emailing kerscut@gmail.com. EU/UK visitors can also object, ask for a copy, and complain to their data protection authority. In Israel you can contact the Privacy Protection Authority.

Instagram and WhatsApp links open those apps, which have their own privacy policies.
