Standard and conformance level

This website partially conforms to Israeli Standard IS 5568 (Web content accessibility guidelines) at Level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, regulation 35. The known gaps are listed under Known limitations.

This statement records what was checked in October 2026: colour contrast calculated from the site's colour values, page layout and control sizes measured in headless Chromium from 320 to 1440 pixels wide, and keyboard focus checked with the animations on. It is not a certification.

Accessibility adjustments made

• Colour contrast, calculated from the site's colour values. Text #f2eee6 on #141414 is about 15.9:1, secondary labels #b8b2a7 on #141414 about 8.7:1, and text #141414 on the red #ff4a1c (buttons and the contact section) about 5.5:1. The red is used as text only on the dark ground, where it is about 5.5:1. The light "Services" section on the home page uses #141414 on #f2eee6, about 15.9:1, and #5c5852 on #f2eee6, about 6.1:1. All are above the AA minimum of 4.5:1. Focus outlines are red on the dark ground and dark on the red contact section, about 5.5:1 in both cases.
• Keyboard: a "Skip to content" link appears on keyboard focus. Every link and button can be reached with the keyboard and shows a clear focus outline.
• Motion control: the "Pause motion" button at the bottom right of the opening screen stops the background film, the scrolling banner, the blinking status light and the frame counter together, and turns off the scroll animations and the progress bar under the header. Press it again to resume. The status light also stops by itself after six blinks, and the frame counter only runs while it is on screen. The opening animation of the home page plays once and lasts about one second.
• Reduced motion: the background film stays on its still image until you press Play, the banner, blinking light and counters stay still, and the opening animation, scroll animations, page transitions and hover movement are turned off. With Save-Data or a slow connection, the scroll animations and the progress bar are off too.
• Work: each work card is a still image with a text description. Hover, focus, or a mostly visible touch card plays a silent five second loop, except with Save-Data, a slow connection, or reduced motion. A card opens Instagram, where the films are.
• Tap targets: the logo, navigation links, footer links and buttons are at least 44 by 44 pixels. Links inside sentences on the Privacy and Accessibility pages are the size of the text.
• Screen readers: the page uses landmarks and headings. The navigation marks the section in view. Decorative technical labels, such as the frame counter and "Render OK", are hidden from screen readers. Links that open another site say that they open in a new tab.

Known limitations

• The stills and loops on this site have no speech or sound, so they do not need captions or a transcript.
• "Watch on Instagram" on the work cards, "DM @kerscut" and "WhatsApp" open Instagram or WhatsApp, third-party services Kerscut does not control. Their accessibility may differ from this website. Logged-out desktop users may be sent to Instagram's login page. You can always use email instead.
